Top: The Buffalo Bills returned to the practice field this morning after taking Saturday off. Head coach Sean McDermott (left) addressed several questions from reporters during a news conference before the start of practice. Some of those questions dealt with playing time for rookies and their efforts to get land important roles, and McDermott says it takes more time for rookies to develop trust. That includes tight end Dalton Kincaid, whom McDermott said is working hard on learning the team's playbook and getting on the same page with quarterback Josh Allen. Images by the Buffalo Bills
Bottom left: Aaron Judge had three walks in his first game back from the injured list. On Saturday, the New York Yankees captain had three hits. And he made his return known with a two-run home run in the top of the 3rd inning against the Baltimore Orioles. It was Judge's first homer since a foot injury shelved him on June 4th, and that blast helped propel the Yankees to an 8-3 win. Photo by USA Today
Bottom right: The press box overlooking Dunkirk High School's Karl Hoeppner doesn't have a name on it, but that might be changing soon. During a workshop this past week at the high school, Dunkirk City School District Superintendent Mike Mansfield said he was approached by a community member about possibly naming the press box after Van Miller, a Dunkirk High School graduate who served as the play-by-play voice of the Buffalo Bills for 37 seasons.
