Funding and economic growth were the key talking points during a special Fredonia Village Trustees meeting held Wednesday night that focused on a state grant for upgrading Barker Commons.  Several residents and business owners questioned the breakdown of costs associated with the grant. A Forestville man escaped injury after the pickup truck he was driving crashed into a guardrail Wednesday afternoon in Fredonia. The accident occurred in the area of 448 West Main Street shortly before 1:00 PM.
