State Police arrested two Corry, Pennsylvania residents on a number of charges following a traffic stop in Clymer on Friday. Troopers saw 22-year-old Andrew Huff driving on Route 474 without wearing a seatbelt and tried to make a traffic stop. Huff pulled into a driveway and allegedly switched seats with his passenger, 20-year-old Emily Schultz. An investigation revealed that Huff did not have a license, and that the homeowner didn't know who Huff and Schultz were. Both Huff and Schultz were taken into custody; Huff was alleged to have failed several field sobriety tests. Police took inventory of the vehicle before it was towed and found two containers with a total of 1.5 grams of meth, a tubular smoking device containing meth residue, and a stun gun inside Schultz's purse. Huff was evaluated by a Chautauqua County Drug Recognition Expert, who determined that he was under the influence of a central nervous system stimulant. Troopers then secured a urine sample from Huff. Huff was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs, 7th-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, and obstruction. Schultz was charged with 3rd-degree criminal possession of a weapon and 7th-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, and obstruction. The two were transported to the Chautauqua County Jail, pending arraignment.
