Dahlia Lithwick on Neil Gorsuch

Gorsuch was named by Trump to replace Scalia earlier this year and was approved by the U.S. Senate. Lithwick agrees that Trump could define the court for years to come, depending on retirements. Most notably, there has been talk about Justice Anthony Kennedy, who has been a swing vote on the court, retiring before next year's mid-term elections. There has also been talk about Justices Ruth Bader Ginsburg and Stephen Breyer stepping down, which she says could end up being an "enduring shift to the right."
