A tractor-trailer fire slowed down westbound traffic on I-90 in the Town of Dunkirk Wednesday morning. Chautauqua County dispatchers report that the fire broke out near the Exit 59 off-ramp at about 7:45 AM, causing the right lane of I-90 westbound to shut down. Crews from Fredonia and East Dunkirk responded to the scene. State Police Troop T say the driver of the vehicle -- 50-year-old Karnail Singh of Ontario, Canada -- was not injured.
