A Dunkirk man faces one count of 2nd-degree menacing in connection with a dispute at a city residence earlier this month. Dunkirk Police responded to a home on Lake Shore Drive East during the early morning hours of Monday, February 5th and determined that 30-year-old Terry Young-Copeland had allegedly threatened another person with a sledgehammer. Young-Copeland was taken into custody and booked on the menacing charge. He was arraigned in Dunkirk City Court by Judge John Kuzdale, then remanded to the Chautauqua County Jail.
