Bills beat Indy in overtime and in heavy lake effect snow

The Buffalo Bills not only battled the Indianapolis Colts, but also the lake effect snow to chalk up their seventh win of the season with a 13-7 victory at snow bound New Era Field.  What may have been the snowiest home game in Bills history forced both teams to rely mainly on their runningbacks.  LeSean McCoy had 32 carries for 156 yards including a 21-yard touchdown run in overtime to seal the win.  Joe Webb hit Deonte Thompson for a 35-yard pass with minutes left in overtime that gave the Bills an opportunity to win the game.  The Bills only touchdown in regulation came on an eight-yard pass play from Nate Peterman to Kelvin Benjamin at the end of the first half.  Peterman was injured during a scramble in the third quarter with Webb finishing the game.  Benjamin reinjured his knee in the fourth quarter. With the victory, the Bills remain in the playoff hunt with three games to play.
