State Police charged a Jamestown man with driving while impaired by drugs during a traffic stop on Wednesday. Troopers pulled over 35-year-old James Morris for speeding on I-86 in Stow. After failing several field sobriety tests, Morris was taken to the State Police Jamestown barracks, where a drug recognition expert determined that he was allegedly under the influence of narcotics and marijuana. Morris was issued tickets for North Harmony Town Court.
