Today is Primary Day in New York State, but unlike Erie County, polls in Chautauqua County will not open until 12 pm. Contests are being held in the city of Dunkirk and in the towns of Clymer, Hanover, Harmony and Mina, with polls open from noon until 9 pm. All other polling sites in the County are closed.
