A Cattaraugus County man is facing multiple charges, including drunk driving under Leandra's Law, after a traffic stop on Friday. According to the Cattaraugus County Sheriff's Office, 39-year-old Craig Dechow of Napoli was pulled over in the Town of New Albion at about 8:00 PM. After an investigation, Dechow was arrested and charged with DWI, aggravated DWI with a child under 15 in the vehicle, 1st-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, three counts of endangering the welfare of a child, and other traffic violations. Dechow was arraigned in New Albion Town Court and released on his own recognizance.
