The National Weather Service has issued a Severe Thunderstorm Warning for Northeastern Chautauqua,
Northwestern Cattaraugus and Southwestern Erie County until 2:30 pm. At 1:37 pm, a severe thunderstorm
was located near Lake Erie State Park, moving northeast at 45 mph. The storm is accompanied by 60 mph
wind gusts and quarter size hail. Minor damage to vehicles is possible. Expect wind damage to trees and power
lines.
