A Westfield man is facing charges after his vehicle went off the road on Route 430 in the town of Ellery on Monday. State Police in Jamestown say that 28-year-old Joshua Huntress was allegedly driving while under the influence of a narcotic at the time of the crash. Huntress failed standard field sobriety tests and was additionally charged with unlawful possession of marijuana when a bag of pot was discovered in his pocket. Huntress was transported to SP Jamestown where he was evaluated by a State Police Drug Recognition Expert. He'll appear in Ellery Town Court at a later date.
