A suspicious person call at a location on Routes 5 and 20 in the Town of Hanover earlier this month resulted in a Silver Creek man facing a drug charge. Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies responded to the call shortly after midnight on March 15 and discovered that 32-year-old Justin Szary had in his possession a small amount of meth. Szary was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 7th degree and will appear in Hanover Town Court at a later date.
