Two people were taken to WCA Hospital following a one-vehicle accident in the south county late Saturday night. At about 11:15 PM, Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies responded to Route 394 in the Town of Poland. Deputies say 21-year-old Jace Warner of Sinclairville was traveling east when he fell asleep at the wheel, crossed over into the westbound lane, and went into a ditch. Warner and his passenger, 22-year-old Stevie Provorse of Conewango Valley, were hospitalized with non-life threatening injuries. Warner was ticketed for failure to keep right and unsafe/illegal tires.
