An on-going investigation into the sales and trafficking of illegal drugs in the Jamestown area has led to an arrest this morning. Jamestown Metro Drug Task Force and the NYSP CNET members executed a search warrant at 18 Columbia Avenue around 8:30 am and located a quantity of powder cocaine and drug paraphernalia. 34-year-old Gerald Rivera was taken into custody and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd and criminal using of drug paraphernalia. Police says the investigation is continuing and additional charges are expected.
