Police made an early morning wake up call in Jamestown that resulted in two arrests and the recovery of a large quantity of heroin and heroin that was packaged for sale. The Jamestown Metro Drug Task Force, State Police CNET and agents from the Drug Enforcement Agency executed a search warrant at 150 Barrows Street around 5:45 am today. Investigators have charged 50-year-old Teresa Lopez and 49-year-old Eduardo Rodriguez with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 3rd degree and endangering the welfare of a child, as a small child was living in the residence. Police say more charges are expected, with the investigation continuing.
