Governor Andrew Cuomo on Tuesday announced that 17 county executives from across the state have joined the "Enough is Enough" campaign to combat sexual violence on college campuses and unversities. Among the officials is Chautauqua County Executive Vince Horrigan. The Governor's proposal would create the strongest protections for college students in the country, codifying uniform sexual assault prevent and response protocols for private colleges. The protocols have already been adopted by the State University of New York.
