An investigation into heroin sales in the city of Jamestown has led to two arrests Thursday afternoon. The Jamestown Metro Drug Task Force reports that they arrested 35-year-old Lynn Jackson Jr after a raid at 295 Willard Street and 45-year-old Julio Melendez II following a second raid at 916 North Main Street. Agents seized a quantity of heroin and cash at both locations. Both Jackson and Melendez have been charged with criminal sale of a controlled substance 3rd and were sent to the Jamestown City Jail without bail. Investigation is continuing.
