Organizers of the "Feeding Fredonia Challenge" remind residents in the village of Fredonia to help sponsor the week long drive that began on Sunday and runs through October 24th. Reverend Cynthia Wickwire is pastor of the Fredonia Presbyterian Church, which is sponsoring the event.

Over 80 businesses, offices and community organizations have agreed to take part according to Reverend Wickwire.

Fredonia Mayor Steve Keefe has proclaimed this week as "Feeding Fredonia Challenge" in the village and is requesting residents to support the event by collecting and donating food.
