Two 19-year-old males who were wanted by Hamburg Police on felony warrants were located Saturday evening in Dunkirk. Dunkirk Police were called to Cliffstar Skate Park and found the two suspects. Officers say the two fled when they approached them in the park towards the wastewater treatment plant. One of the suspects, Kyle Smith, was taken into custody and jailed on two counts of 2nd-degree obstruction. The other suspect, Jesse Smith, is described as 5'11", 155 pounds, with sandy brown hair and wearing a white T-shirt and brown shorts. Officers were assisted by Fredonia Police, a Chautauqua County Sheriff's K-9 unit, and State Police. Dunkirk Police advise anyone who notices a suspicious person in the area of Wright Park to call 366-2266.
