A man and woman both from Buffalo have been charged with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana, among other charges, after Fredonia State Police Officers stopped a vehicle for not dimming its headlights in the Town of Stockton last Sunday. The driver of the vehicle, 24-year-old Ruben Rosario, Jr. allegedly failed a field sobriety test and had then been charged with Driving While Intoxicated. A gram of marijuana had also been found in his possession. The passenger of the vehicle, 23 year old Ebony Azua, had allegedly been found to be in possession of about two grams of marijuana, a small marijuana roach, four Hydrocodone pills and two Oxycodone pills. Rosario has been given citations for Failure to Dim Lights, Operating a Motor Vehicle with a BAC over .08, DWI, and given an appearance ticket for Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. Azua has been given tickets for Unlawful Possession of Marijuana, Two Counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Two Counts of a Controlled Substance Outside the Original Container. All of these tickets are returnable to Stockton Town Court at a later date.
