The Sheridan Memorial VFW Post #6390's Fall Meat Party will be held on Saturday, November 4th at 6 pm. Free refreshments and snacks will be provided. We have 16 different meats with our Special Drawings of 2 Prime Rib Roasts and 3 Surf-n-Turf Packages, Theme Baskets, Ca$h Drawing, and Gun Drawing will be held at the event. Anyone or any business donating a basket for our Chinese Auction will be entered for a lottery draw for a $25 VFW Gift Card. The Rifle, which is made in the USA, is a .223 Remington Savage with Scope and clip. The seller of the winning Gun ticket will also receive a $25 VFW Gift Card. The gun may be redeemed at JJ Guns in Sheridan, NY. If you would like to donate a Gift Certificate or a Theme Basket, you may drop it off at the Post. For pick up, please call Kathie, Jackie, or Chopper at 672-6011. All meats are purchased from South Dayton Supermarket.
