Jamestown Police charged six city residents with trespassing after investigating three separate incidents over a two-day span.
Two of the incidents occurred while officers were conducting area checks at the Cherry Street parking ramp. On Friday, 41-year-old Lisa George and 35-year-old Kimberly Phanco were seen in the stairwell of the ramp shortly after 7:30 PM. Police say the two women were not customers of the ramp, so they were issued appearance tickets. Then on Saturday at about 8:00 PM, officers located 19-year-old Kayin Ziolkowski, also in the stairwell. Ziolkowski allegedly did not have a vehicle in the ramp and had no reason to be in the ramp. He was also issued an appearance ticket.
Also on Saturday, officers responded to an address on the city's north side just before 5:30 PM and located 30-year-old Tyler Brown, 48-year-old Jason Passinger, and 27-year-old Eric Ramos-Astacio inside an old office. Police say the three men did not have permission to be at or inside the building. All three were taken into custody and charged with 3rd-degree criminal trespass.
