Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies charged a Jamestown man with DWI following an traffic stop early Saturday on I-86 in the Town of Ellicott. Deputies pulled over 24-year-old Devan Jackson shortly after 2:15 AM and found that he was allegedly intoxicated. Along with the drunk driving charge, Jackson was ticketed for no/insufficient tail lamps. He was later released and will answer the charges in Ellicott Town Court at a later date.
