Jamestown Police made an arrest after seeing a female acting suspicious in Brooklyn Square on Wednesday. At about 7:30 AM, officers approached the woman in the area of the Big Lots parking lot, where she allegedly provided a false name. A check revealed that the women, who was found to be 23-year-old Camille Lopez, was wanted on a bench warrant from the Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office. Lopez allegedly began to resist arrest, but was eventually taken into custody without further incident. Once inside the Jamestown City Jail, Lopez was allegedly found to be in possession of amphetamine. She was charged with criminal impersonation, resisting arrest, 7th-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, and her warrant.
