A Jamestown man has been charged with DWI after Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies observed a UTV side-by-side parked behind Den Adelsmen's Klub on Salisbury Road in the Town of Gerry late Wednesday night. After an investigation, deputies say that 47-year-old Martin Johnson had been allegedly operating the UTV while intoxicated. Deputies arrested Johnson, charging him with DWI, DWI per se, unregistered motor vehicle, consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle and no/improper plate. Johnson was processed and released with tickets to appear in Gerry Town Court at a later date.
