Jamestown Police arrested a city woman on multiple charges after she was found driving without any headlights or taillights on Foote Avenue. Shortly after 3:15 AM Monday, officers pulled over 31-year-old Salena Hare, whose driving privileges were revoked due to a previous arrest for driving while impaired by alcohol. Hare allegedly failed field sobriety tests during the stop and was taken to the Jamestown City Jail, where she refused to be evaluated by the Jamestown Police Department's Drug Recognition Expert. She was subsequently charged with insufficient headlamps, insufficient tail lamps, 1st-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and driving while ability impaired by drugs, and she is currently under supervision of New York State Parole.
