A Jamestown man who was wanted on a bench warrant out of Cattaraugus County Court was taken into custody on Friday. Cattaraugus County Sheriff's deputies report that 26-year-old Carlos Ruiz was arrested at about 10:15 AM Friday and transported by the Jamestown Police Department to the 7-Eleven in Randolph to transfer custody. Ruiz was transported to the Cattaraugus County Jail in Little Valley and will appear in County Court at a later date.
