A Dayton man is facing a felony charge after an investigation into an incident that occurred in the Village of Cattaraugus last Monday. Cattaraugus County Sheriff's deputies responded to reports of an unconscious male at the Dollar General store on South Main Street and arrested 51-year-old James Farley on one count of tampering with physical evidence. He was later released with an appearance ticket for New Albion Town Court.
