Jamestown Police arrested a city woman after investigating a domestic incident Thursday evening at an address on the city's west side. Officers responded to the scene shortly after 7:00 PM and found that 35-year-old Jennifer Welch allegedly intentionally broke the victim's TV and disabled a landline telephone as the victim tried to contact police. Welch was found at a separate location in the city a short time later and was taken into custody. She was transported to the Jamestown City Jail to be held on charges of 3rd- and 4th-degree criminal mischief.
