A Salamanca man was arrested on several charges after striking a parked vehicle Tuesday evening. According to Cattaraugus County Sheriff's deputies, 40-year-old Kirby Ferguson was traveling on Bucktooth Run in the Town of Salamanca at about 7:15 PM, when his vehicle left the roadway, went into a lawn, and struck the parked vehicle. Ferguson suffered minor injuries in the accident. He was arraigned on charges of felony DWI, 1st-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, failure to maintain lane, no interlock device, and using a handheld electronic device, then was remanded to the Cattaraugus County Jail without bail.
