A North Collins man will appear in court on a drunk driving charge following a traffic stop Friday evening in Irving. Chautauqua County Sheriff's officers pulled over a vehicle operating with no headlights on Main Road at about 9:15 PM. Upon further investigation, 27-year-old Steven Schneider was allegedly found to be intoxicated. Schneider was charged with DWI and inadequate headlights, and will appear in Hanover Town Court at a later date.
