A traffic stop in the Town of North Harmony resulted in a Sherman man getting charged with DWI. Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies found a disabled vehicle on Eggleston Hill Road shortly after 8:15 PM Monday. Officers identified the driver as 22-year-old Martin Hostetler. After an investigation, Hostetler was charged with DWI. He will appear in North Harmony Town Court to answer the charge.
