An 18-year-old male is facing charges after he was seen driving without any lights on early Saturday morning in the Village of Sherman. Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies pulled over the vehicle on Osborn Street at about 2:00 AM and determined that the driver was allegedly intoxicated. The unidentified teen was charged with DWI, operating without lights, failure to signal a turn, and unregistered motor vehicle.
