A man from Cincinnati, Ohio who was involved in a Jamestown-area drug conspiracy will be spending time in federal prison. The National Weather Service in Buffalo has issued a red flag warning for the entire Southern Tier until 8:00 PM. This warning is due to southerly winds 15-25 MPH with gusts up to 35 MPH, plus relative humidity as low as 17%. Forecasters say any fire that develops will catch and spread quickly.
