- Mail a letter or postcard to WDOE Birthdays, P.O. Box 209, Dunkirk, NY 14048
- Call the business office Monday-Friday 8am-5pm at (716)366-1410
Please include the person's full name, and their date of birth. Please try to send us the birthday request at least two weeks before the big day.
