Matt Barkley (left) directed two touchdown drives in the second half to lead the Bills to a 23-19 victory over the Indianapolis Colts at Highmark Stadium. Barkley finished the afternoon 14-for-15 for 172 yards through the air to go with two touchdown passes. Meanwhile, the defense helped set up the game's first points, with Dane Jackson (right) running back an interception that led to a James Cook touchdown run in the 1st quarter. On Saturday, the Buffalo native took down Iga Swiatek, the world's top ranked women's tennis player, in three sets in the semifinal round of a WTA event in Montreal. Her opponent will be either Elena Rybakina or Liudmila Samsonva; their semifinal match was postponed due to rain and will be played this afternoon. Photo by the Women's Tennis Association
Bottom right: Two rain delays couldn't keep the 13-15 Year-Old Babe Ruth World Series from getting in all four of its scheduled games on Saturday. The tournament officially got underway at Diethrick Park in Jamestown and continues through next weekend. The host team, the Jamestown Krusaders, won their opening game by a 7-4 score over Newtown, Pennsylvania. Photo from the Jamestown BRWS Facebook page
