David D. Corcoran, 85, of Stockton passed away on Wednesday, July 15, 2026 at home. He was born on February 28, 1941 in Jamestown, a son of the late F. Paul Corcoran and Catherine Heath Shepardson, and stepson of the late Victor Shepardson.
David was employed for over 29 years by the City of Jamestown Highway Department.
David was a member of the Chautauqua County Antique Equipment Association. He was a man of few words who enjoyed fishing, hunting, trapping and most of all, time with his family.
He was the husband of 61 years to Lucille Cooper Corcoran, whom he married on May 24, 1965; father of David P. Corcoran; grandfather of December (Eddiy) Corcoran Morales and David P. Corcoran, Jr.; brother of Shirley (Ray Bliss) Blizzard and the late Donna Holliday; brother-in-law of Lorin Cooper, Margaret and the late Fredrick L. Cooper; and uncle of Barb Wilson, John, Randy and Mike Cooper, Sandy Davids, Missie Reed, Pam Bailey, Tim, Lisa and Christie Blizzard.
Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
