Marilyn J. Schindler of the Cattaraugus Indian Reservation died on Wednesday, May 27, 2026 at the age of 80.
She was the beloved mother of Kelley (William Montez) Schindler and Korey White; grandmother of Chanel Gomez, Armani Gomez, Tyonih White and Wicasa White; great-grandmother of Oliver, Oak and Osiana Burnham; and sister of Gary Schindler and the late Jack, Marty, Shirley and Arthur J. Schindler.
Services were held on Sunday, May 31 at the Wentland Funeral Home, 10634 Main Street (Route 62) in North Collins and the Longhouse.
