Robert A. Nickerson, 90, of Glasgow Road in Cassadaga died on Tuesday, March 8, 2022 at Brooks Memorial Hospital in Dunkirk. He was born on December 6, 1931 to the late Alice Pierce Derby and Reginald Nickerson.
Robert worked at George Ray Tires, Gay Mark Tire & Wheel and Foster's Aluminum.
Robert married Shirley Jane DuBois on April 9, 1955, who survives her husband. The couple had three sons.
Robert is survived by two sons, George Nickerson and Kevin Nickerson; a brother, David Derby; along with nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his twin brother, Ronald, who only lived a few days; a son, Keith James Nickerson, who died on October 2, 1989; and his siblings, Agnes DuBois, Lawrence Nickerson, Duane Nickerson, Reginald Nickerson, Jr., Alton Nickerson, Ronald Nickerson and Donald Derby.
As per Robert's wishes, there will be no visitation or services.
