Nancy Chudzik Butcher, of Hamlin, NY, formerly of Dunkirk, NY, died Thursday, September 20, 2012 at Unity Hospital in Rochester, NY. She was 56 years of age, born in Dunkirk, NY on December 18, 1955, the daughter of Peter P. Chudzik of Woodstock, Georgia, formerly of Dunkirk and the late Edith A. (Purol) Chudzik.
A former resident of Batavia, NY, Mrs. Butcher owned and operated her own quality affairs consulting service - Timewise Consulting. She was a former employee of Eastman Kodak. She was a member of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church of Brockport, NY.
In addition to her father, she is survived by her husband, Bruce Butcher of Hamlin, NY, her daughter, Jessica Frank of Fairport, NY, her grandson, P.J. Frank, her granddaughter, Taylor Frank, both of Fairport, NY, her sister, Judy (Thomas) Diederich of Woodstock, Georgia, two nieces, Virginia Richards and Jacqueline Diederich, two grandnieces, Caitlin and Moria Richards, all of Woodstock, Georgia, her father-in-law, Jim Butcher of Boyton Beach, FL and her sister-in-law, Joyce (Chris) Richter of Middleburg, FL.
A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial was held Saturday, October 13, 2012 in Blessed Mary Angela R.C. Parish-St. Hyacinth's Church. Private Interment was in St. Hyacinth's Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be made to the St. Hyacinth's Cemetery Maintenance Fund. Local arrangements by the Newman Funeral Home, Inc.
