The Cattaraugus County Sheriff's Office has released the identity of the victim in Sunday's deadly crash on County Line Road in the town of Perrysburg. 37-year-old Tara Evert of Hanover Road in Forestville was the driver of the Hummer that went off the shoulder of the roadway and into a small revine before striking a tree. Gowanda rescuers transported Evert to Lakeshore Hospital in Irving where she was pronounced dead. The accident remains under investigation.
