A 45-year-old man is being treated for serious but non-life threatening injuries following a rollover crash near Falconer last weekend. Ellicott Town Police say the unidentified man was traveling northbound on South Work Street last Saturday morning when his vehicle went off the road and struck a power pole near First Avenue. Falconer Fire rescuers responded to the scene and helped extricate the driver, who was flown by Stat MedEvac to ECMC in Buffalo for treatment. There is no word on his status or whether some medical condition may have been involved. No charges have been filed, and the investigation is continuing.
