A Jamestown man was arrested Saturday evening on warrants stemming from an incident that occurred earlier in the day. Jamestown Police conducted a warrant check on the city's north side at about 6:15 PM and saw 23-year-old Justin Rowe, knowing that he had confirmed charges of 3rd-degree burglary and petit larceny. Rowe ran from officers after he was told to put his hands behind his back, but was taken into custody after a brief foot pursuit. He was transported to the Jamestown City Jail on the original charges and was additionally charged with resisting arrest.
