An investigation into a larceny in progress from a vehicle in the driveway of a north side residence has led to the arrest of a Jamestown man. Jamestown Police say officers responded to the call around 8 pm Thursday evening and located 23-year-old Justin Rowe inside the victim's vehicle. Police say he attempted to run, but was taken into custody a few feet from the vehicle. Officers say a search turned up a credit card that Rowe had allegedly stolen from the victim's vehicle. Rowe is facing grand larceny in the 4th degree and resisting arrest. He also had numerous bench warrants from the Jamestown Police from similar incidents.
