An inmate at the Chautauqua County Jail is facing a felony charge after he allegedly attacked another inmate Thursday morning, causing injuries to the victim. The Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office Criminal Investigation Division has charged 23-year-old Scott Eddy, Jr. of Jamestown with 2nd-degree assault. He was arraigned on the charge through centralized arraignment.
