Fredonia Village trustees have approved an Engineer of Record for the village. During Monday evening's Village Board meeting, trustees approved a proposal submitted by LaBella Associates by a 5-0 vote. A total of four firms submitted proposals for a Request For Proposals (RFP), which was issued in September.
