Police, aided by surveillance video, were able to locate and arrest a Hartford, Connecticut man accused of firing multiple shots shortly before 5:30 pm Wednesday on the 100 block of Broadhead Avenue. Jamestown Police have charged 20-year-old Victor Nunez with 1st-degree reckless endangerment and 2nd-degree criminal mischief. Police say that officers were able to quickly obtain information from the scene that identified the suspect vehicle as a blue Chevrolet Cruze and were able to locate it parked unoccupied on Jamestown's east side. Officers were also able to locate the occupants from the suspect vehicle and that led to the arrest of Nunez. Police also report that investigators from JPD and the FBI have since recovered the weapon that was believed to have been used in the incident. The investigation is continuing, and police expect additional charges.
