The Chautauqua Leadership Network Class of 2022 officially got underway with a two-day development retreat at the Chautauqua Harbor Hotel in Celoron on February 18th and 19th. The event marks the return of the program after a year-long pause due to the pandemic. Class participation is the highest in the organization's nearly 30-year history, as leadership skills are in demand among the county's business, government, educational, and nonprofit segments.
The cohort will continue to meet each month during the year to further competencies in self-awareness, team building, creativity, communication, asset discovery, organization skills, developing others, ethics, leading change, social intelligence, and networking.
CLN is a volunteer-based nonprofit whose goal is to provide a continual supply of persons trained in leadership which is above and beyond the training they have in their chosen professions. Since 1993, over 500 local leaders have passed through the Chautauqua Leadership Network leadership development program.
The Chautauqua Leadership Network has also created a robust network which enriches each member and the resources of the county as a whole.
