A Dunkirk man has pleaded guilty to a felony charge of 3rd-degree rape. Chautauqua County District Attorney Jason Schmidt announced that 66-year-old James Miller entered his plea Tuesday in Chautauqua County Court and faces a sentence of two years in state prison and 10 years post-release supervision. Schmidt says Miller was arrested in July after the incident occurred in May. He will be sentenced by Judge David Foley at a later date. The Dunkirk Police Department investigated the incident and assisted in prosecuting the case.
